Before we step into a new year. Let’s slow down, breathe, and ground.

Anchor is a one month guided program to help you re-center, reconnect to your body, and root into your power. This isn’t about judging, comparing, or goal setting. This program is crafted to guide you back to yourself, your inner knowing, and your innate worth.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about releasing what is no longer serving you and returning to what is true.

What to Expect:

2 Weekly Live Zoom Sessions - Tuesdays & Fridays 10-11am (PST)

  • Tuesday teaching calls: practical tools, elemental themes, meditation, breath-work, and simple aligned action steps for the week.

  • Friday community calls: questions, reflection, encouragement, and support.

  • If you can’t make the live calls, the recordings will be sent to you.

Access to my App: Strength & Soul

  • Themed mindfulness and movement practices to follow along to. Meditation, stretching, low intensity stability and core strength work. (10-20 min. each, no equipment needed)

  • Weekly guided elemental rituals to follow along to. (10-20 min.)

  • Community chat.

Opening and Closing Ceremonies

  • Tuesday 11/11 - Special opening ceremony - Grounding into intention, and aligning body and soul for the journey ahead.

  • Friday 12/12 - Special closing ceremony - Anchoring in what’s been learned, release what’s complete, and lean into expansion from a solid foundation.

You will create your own path along this journey. We’ll talk about this on our first call, but here are some recommendations:

  • Really slow down, find presence, and focus your energy towards letting go, recovery, seeing yourself clearly, embodying your truth, and being supported.

  • Set aside 30-90 minutes each day (or as many days as you can) to dedicate to Anchor. Use this time for things like: Our zoom calls, meditation, movement (low intensity), a guided elemental ritual (in the app), going for a walk, fun, self care, being in nature, journaling, inner child work, nourishing meal prep, connecting deeply with a loved one, stillness.

Hello, I’m Tiff. Thanks for being here! I have been a coach/trainer for over 20 years now. A few years ago my body sent me a huge sign. I tore my achilles tendon, and literally had to sit down. Be with myself. Feel my feelings and admit that I was in so much pain. I had been suppressing emotional pain and trauma for 40 years, and my body couldn’t take it anymore. I’m so grateful for this sign. I realized that I had leaned so far into hustle mentality, fitness, nutrition, and mindset in my life, and as a coach, that I was way out of balance with the other aspects of myself. I was disconnected from my emotions, my soul, my inner voice, and my self love.

Over the last few years I have been on a journey of anchoring back in to myself. I have been unraveling conditioning, labels, worry, fear, distrust in myself, and a belief that my worth came from outside of me. I’ve been through a divorce, took a break from working, I found the love of my life, moved states twice, became a Reiki Master, and most importantly I have been speaking my truth, standing in my power, feeling so deeply rooted in myself, and am continually learning to love all parts of me. I have a brand new lease on life and on my coaching philosophy. I’m so excited to share this with you!

Week 1 - 11/11: Loving awareness. Opening ceremony! Seeing yourself clearly. Releasing tension. Nervous system regulation. Re-centering and calling back your power. Grounding and alignment. Setting intentions. Establishing roots. Element: Earth

Week 2 - 11/18: Feel and flow. Somatic practices. Listening to your body and inner knowing. Self expression. Witness and release what you cannot control and what is no longer serving you. Learn to flow with the waves of life. Element: Water

Week 3 - 11/25: Courage and passion. What lights you up?! Reflect on what you would like to explore and experience in life. Connect to your inner child, your fun, your drive, your purpose. Connect to your innate wisdom and power. Element: Fire

Week 4 - 12/2: Expand and envision. Connecting to your breath. Learn to sustainably increase your energetic capacity. Knowing when to slow down and when to speed up. How to focus your attention and create your desired reality. Element: Air

Week 5 - 12/9: Anchor into your power. Integration. Radical responsibility. How to honor the transition from the year of the Snake (2025 - inner alchemy) to the year of the Horse (2026 - outer embodiment). Creating a solid foundation with the 4 aspects of self: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Celebration!

This is for you If:

  • You will have access to the class recordings forever. You will have access to the App until 1/1/26.

  • No. You may want to use a yoga mat, but it isn’t required.

  • No. You can participate in this program where ever you are, no matter how much experience you have with this type of work.

  • The amount of time you dedicate to this process will be entirely up to you. The weekly zoom calls will be 45-60 minutes long. If you can’t make the live sessions, you can watch them later. It is recommended to set aside 30-90 minutes each day or most days of the week to dedicate to your journey. But only you can determine how much time you have and want to put towards this.

  • You will be emailed and receipt and confirmation to welcome you to the journey. Then on Monday 11/10 you’ll receive the link for our zoom calls and an explanation of how to download the app. You’ll receive reminders on the days of our zoom sessions and updates on what to expect each week.

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s in Exercise Science

    Certifications: NSCA CSCS, NASM PES, DSPCC, Reiki Master

    Tiff has worked with thousands of people from all walks of life.

    Tiff has run several programs and has led destination retreats in Mexico, Fiji, California, and Washington.

    She has personal experience with: Shadow work, Inner child work, Talk therapy, Plant medicine journey work, Energy work, Sound healing, Somatic movement, Chakra balancing, Intuition, Tarot and Oracle cards, Human Design, Astrology, and has done a 4 day fasting solo vision quest in the wilderness of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
